Office Administrator

We are Luxxor Limo & Coach, a rapidly growing transportation company out of Des Moines, IA. We are currently reviewing applications and scheduling interviews for a full-time office administrator/lead.
Job Duties:
- Answer phones and booking trips
- Managing or helping to manage chauffeurs availability and time-off requests
- Managing chauffeurs trip allocation either solely or with the help of upper management
- Connecting with affiliates gaining business growth
- Connecting with local corporations/businesses to gain local corporate business
- Scheduling trips and managing trips
- Answering phones after hours (at least part-time)
Qualifications:
- Office experience
- Customer service skills
- Phone communication skills
- Multi-tasking/Organized
- Computer skills “tech savvy”
- QuickBooks knowledge (can be trained)
- High school diploma minimum required education
- Associates or bachelors degree are a plus
Pay Type – Salary
Pay Amount: $30,000 – $35,000 starting based on experience.
